Do I use it on wet or dry hair?

Towel-dried, damp hair. Not soaking wet and not fully dry. Rough-dry to about 80 percent first, then work in sections.
How long does styling take?

Most people finish in 10-15 minutes. It replaces your dryer and round brush, so you are doing one pass instead of juggling two tools.
Will it work with my outlets?

This is the US plug version, built for 110–120V North American outlets. It is not dual voltage, so it needs a converter for international travel.
